Rio Olympic organizers fail to meet all environmental goals

When Rio de Janeiro won the bid to host the 2016 Summer Olympic Games — set to begin on August 5th — the Brazilian government committed itself to cleaning up the city’s notoriously dirty waters as part of its Olympics legacy.
